Depending on the subject, a translator can process between 1,800 and 2,000 words per day. So, you can roughly calculate how long your translation will take. In especially urgent cases, we can always arrange a faster delivery date with you. Just contact us!

How long do you need for the proofread/edit?
A proofreader/editor can check about 1,500 words per hour.

Do you certify documents?
Yes, a certified translation is required mainly for presentation to official agencies and authorities. A certified translation can only be performed by a translator sworn in a court and guarantees proper translation into the foreign language. intelliText has sworn professional translators in every language.

Is data privacy guaranteed? Where is company-specific information stored and to whom is it passed on?
As a rule, a confidentiality agreement is signed for each client.
The data is stored on intelliText’s secure server and also archived in accordance with GDPR requirements.Only the information that is necessary for the respective translation is passed on, such as the documents to be translated or a link to the customer’s website for research purposes. This information is sent to selected specialist translators who have also signed confidentiality agreements on our behalf.
