Yes, a certified translation is required mainly for presentation to official agencies and authorities. The data is stored on intelliText’s secure server and also archived in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Only the information that is necessary for the respective translation is passed on, such as the documents to be translated or a link to the customer’s website for research purposes. This information is sent to selected specialist translators who have also signed confidentiality agreements on our behalf.
